This expertise was built in the field — in Tier 1 manufacturing environments supporting large robot fleets and high-volume production.
The company was founded on a straightforward premise: manufacturers need automation support they can trust to show up, diagnose correctly, and document clearly — without upselling complexity or dragging out engagements.
Core experience includes supporting automation in facilities producing approximately 1.2 million engines per year, working with fleets of 400+ FANUC robots across arc welding, spot welding, friction stir, and handling applications. That experience translates directly to the speed and accuracy of diagnostic and support work.
Certifications and formal training include FANUC HandlingTool and iRVision, Rockwell Studio 5000 / ControlLogix, EtherNet/IP and CIP Safety, Mitsubishi PLC — plus safety credentials covering LOTO, fall protection, and aerial lift operations.
